At Pak Web Hoster, all services are digital and delivered electronically. No physical shipping is required.

1. Service Delivery

- Hosting accounts: activated within minutes of payment.
- Domains & SSL: processed instantly or within a few hours.
- VPS/Dedicated Servers: setup may take up to 24 hours.

2. Delivery Method

Login details and service confirmations are sent via email and are also available in the Client Area.

3. Non-Delivery

If you do not receive service details, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

- Domains, SSL certificates, and licenses are non-refundable.
- Hosting plans may be refundable within 7 days, subject to our Refund Policy.
